Scheduling:
Please call ahead for an appointment. This will enable us to provide prompt service with less inconvenience to you and other clients. We do
surgical and
dental procedures
Monday through
Friday, and we can schedule these procedures within a week.

New Clients:
It is very helpful if you have your pets' past medical history with you, or are able to have it faxed to our office prior to your appointment. If necessary, we would be happy to contact your previous veterinarian to obtain these records. We will need you to fill out a "
New Client Form," which will ask questions about you and your pets.To download the New Client PDF, Adobe reader is needed. Click

Drop-off Times:
Admission for
surgery and other procedures is generally between
9am and
10am. We can work outside this time frame if necessary, but it is helpful for us to know ahead of time so we will be expecting you.

Surgery Patients:
Your pet will need to be fasted the night before surgery. Please give
no food after midnight the night before and
no food the day of the procedure. Water is okay up until the time you bring your pet to the clinic. Pre-anesthetic bloodwork is highly recommended and required for patients over 7 years of age. We will ask for permission for this prior to admission. Animals
released the same day of their surgical procedure will generally be ready to go
after 4pm. We will contact you during recovery to give you a better idea of when and when your pet will be ready for discharge.
